Here below are the instructions for each option
Customers go directly to the Center's office in Hanoi and 13 other sampling points through over the country.
Customers can stay at home and follow the instructions, then send them by post to CGAT.
Procedures are convenient, simple & fast (15 minutes)
Customers bring along the ID card of the person requesting the test (to ensure that the results are returned to the right person, a measure to help ensure confidentiality of information for the benefit of the customer). Customers are required to fill in the Request Form (hard copy) or provide information for Center staff to enter the Request Form (on a computer). This information is self-declared and self-responsible.
Center staff take samples according to the customer's choice (blood, hair, nails...). Take a blood sample with a dedicated diabetes pen, which is quick and painles.
The customer pays for the test and receives a receipt. Results can be in Vietnamese or English, depending on the customer's request at the time of filling out the form.
Customers wishing to take an online DNA testing, please follow the simple instructions below
The person requesting the test needs to fill in all articles on the registration form, without omitting any items. Personal information is kept confidential. Therefore, the results of the analysis are transmitted directly to those who request the test. The Center does not answer by phone if the requester does not register and set a password at the time of filling out the form.
Customers can collect samples for testing at home simply. Samples that can be taken are blood, hair root, fingernails, nails, swab ... For amniotic fluid samples, please consult in advance by phone: 0907 737 678 and 024 3728 2496. (Customers in one test are not required to take the same type of sample).
Each sample is contained in a separate, sealed envelope, with the name on the outside and sent to the Center by address: 445 Doi Can, Ba Dinh, Hanoi. The center will check the quality of the sample immediately after receiving it and notify the customer.
Customers should transfer the fee only after receiving notification from the Center that the samples are good enough. The total cost of testing is calculated according to the Fees for test (depending on the purpose of the test, the time to receive the results, the type of sample...).
